Double bedroom in 3 bed flat available

Our lovely flatmate is moving out so we are looking for a new flatmate to share our three bedroom flat in Granton!
The room is furnished with a bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail. The ground floor flat is modern, bright and spacious and has a bit of outdoor space accessible through patio doors in the living room. On street and secure underground parking available.
The flat is very close to a big Morrisons and with more shops just up the road and bus stop right outside.
We are looking for someone friendly, laid back and clean. We spend a lot of time hanging out in the living room after work but also enjoy our own space.
