A sweet vegan flatmate wanted :)

Hi I'm looking for someone to replace my flatmate and take the spare double room with an en-suite from the beginning of February 2025.

I would love someone kind, clean, tidy, respectful with an appreciation for little sweet things in life. Someone who I can goof around together every now and then. After all, I'd hope we can be friends 😊🤗 Ideally we can treat each other with some sweet little kind gesture.🌱🌻✨

About me: I'm a software engineer who mostly works from home. I love binge watching telly while crocheting with a cuppa, playing sweet games on switch. Apart from being a couch potato, I also enjoy a gentle walk close to nature and listening to music on my headphones with some silly dance moves, I even go for dance class once a week for it 😝

I would like to live with either a woman or a non-binary person. 🌈 My girlfriend and I usually come as a pair and staying either at mine or hers (I know, a typical sapphic romance). So you'd have the fun to hang out with two sweet and funny gals or the bonus of having the flat whole to yourself. Pretty good deal I would say :) I am also a strict vegan and looking for someone who shares the same values. 🌿

The flat is located near Haymarket with plenty bus routes. There's bike storage and a parking permit available too.
Rent: £715 pp
Council tax: currently £118 pp for two professionals
Wifi: £13.5 pp
fuel: whatever logs we can find in the woods (£67.5 bc of the crisis)
