This flat-share in central Edinburgh is ideal for city living. It’s just a short walk from the Old Town and iconic landmarks like the Royal Mile and Arthur’s Seat which is visible directly from your room.

The rent is £850 per month including bills.

There’s a Tesco Express only a minute the flat, and most things are at a walkable distance such as a Lidl, University of Edinburgh and Waverley train station (all 15 minutes). The area is well-connected with cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs, and the 35 bus is only 2 minutes away and the 44, 26, 15 and others are an 8-10 minute walk from the flat.

I’m a queer poc student at Edinburgh and I also work part-time from home. I absolutely love dancing and music among other things and it would be lovely to share a space with someone with their own passions! I’m looking for a student to live with for a few months. In terms of the shared kitchen and living room, I value a clean household and wish to split the chores equally, keeping the place tidy and clean to a good standard.

Your room comes with a double bed with plenty of storage space underneath! You can also store your clothes and belongings in the integrated wardrobe. There’s also a desk, vanity, extra shelves, and there is certainly no shortage of power sockets.

The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and practical home. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and the living room comes with the usual (sofa, TV, lamps, dining table and chairs) as well as an upright piano and plenty of sunlight! There is a shared bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, sink) but I also have an en suite, so it will basically be yours.
