Double room to rent in Piershill

Hi! I have one double room available in Piershill.

You would be sharing the flat with me and my cat, so looking for someone who is happy with/ not allergic to cats. He is very friendly and will ask for belly rubs. He can’t share with other pets unfortunately.

I am looking for someone who needs a place for a few months, as I may be looking to use the room as a spare bedroom for friends over the summer.

I work full time Monday-Thursday, looking for someone who is also either working pretty standard hours, or would consider students too if have regular sort of schedule.

Looking for someone who likes to have their home as a chill space in the evenings, have the occasional dinner or drink together but equally having own space too. I occasionally have friends round for dinner, movie or crafty night but a lot of the time I’m either at yoga or watching some silly tv.

Weeknights I’m up pretty early so probably best suited to share with someone who is not a night owl.

The room is pretty spacious with storage and a desk. There is gas central heating and the flat is pretty cosy compared to most Edinburgh tenements.

The flat is in Piershill which is right next to Meadowbank, Holyrood Park, and is 10 mins bus to Portobello or 15 min bus into town. There is unrestricted on street parking. There is a small private garden too.

Council tax & all bills are included in the rent.
