Located centrally in Dalry, a 10 min walk to Haymarket train station. Central buses (2, 3, 4, 24, 33, 44) to town and beyond. Waverly train station is a 35 min walk or faster via train, bus or tram from Haymarket.
5 min walk to Co op and Lidl as well as lots of cafes and restaurants on Dalry Road.

Double bedroom with desk and chair. Room includes a mirrored double-door built in wardrobe with small chest of drawers, clothing rail, and hanging baskets. Under-bed storage boxes are also included.
Wifi is suitable for home working. Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Kitchen includes washing machine and dishwasher.

Rent is £650 and bills (heating/electricity, council tax & wifi) are approx. £175. Council tax is band D.

This room will be available from 17th January. There may be a possibility to move belongings in earlier if needed.

I'm Alice, the owner of this flat, and I'm looking for a young professional to move into the second bedroom. Unfortunately, this will be unavailable for students due to council tax purposes.
I'm 27 and looking for someone around my age. I work full-time in town and generally work in the office 3-4 times per week with 1 day working from home.

I would like to live with someone who is pretty social and would enjoy hanging out in the evenings but I do have my own activities going on and would be respectful of someone else's space. I am clean and tidy and would be looking for someone who would respect the flat. I also sometimes do some dog sitting so anyone moving in would need to be okay with dogs.
