Hello, a double room has become available at a beautiful little furnished flat I’m leaving. It’s located in Gorgie Park Close, with good bus links to Herriot Watt uni, Haymarket Station and Princes Street. It also has really good surrounding amenities like Lidle, Aldi and Sainsbury’s. It’s a 2-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. There’s plenty of storage and space. The bedroom comes with a built in wardrobe. The rent is £475 per month excluding bills (£575 with council tax). It is a short-term let, and you’re welcome to stay until September/October 2025 before the landlord sells. Move in would be on or after the 18th January. Pets are allowed, but you will have to check with the landlord about dogs (I had my cat with me).
