Hello! As I’ve had a change in situation and need to move back in with family, my double room will be available starting as soon as possible/February. The flat is conveniently located a less than 3 minute walk from the tram stop and 2 bus stops connecting you to the entire city, as well as a 3-4 minute walk from a large ASDA!

There is currently one female flatmate whom you’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with. She is in her early 20s and is a young professional who primarily works from home. There is a shared large living room and bath/shower toilet.

Rent is £650/month, and utilities usually range between £50-£65/ month per person. We also have access to the back garden, and the flat is a ground floor and we have our own front door garden access. Council Tax Band C.

The room is furnished with a double bed, tons of storage space with a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and wall press cupboard. The floors are hardwood so there’s no need to worry about carpeting either.
