Flatmate in Canonmills Needed!!

Hello!
I’m looking for a flatmate to join my two bedroom flat in the Canonmills area. Room is available end of January - beginning of February.
The flat is a modern, well furnished flat with a comfy living room come kitchen. From the balcony we have views of the castle. The room available is a spacious double room with an en-suite bathroom. Built in wardrobe with chest of drawers unit. There is plenty of storage space within the property.
Flat is located next to the Waters of Leith, 30 minute walk to the St James and a short 5 minute walk to local amenities (Tesco and Lidl).
A bit about me - I’m a 28yo professional working in Edinburgh. I’m in the office Mon-Fri 9-5. I’m a respectful flatmate who is keen to keep my space clean and tidy. Ideally I’d be looking for someone 25-35 who also works full time, happy to chat and hang out in the evenings/weekends.
No students due to council tax.
Rent is £950 per month with utilities and council tax above this.
