Third floor. Smaller box room that comes with a double bed and 2x chest of drawers; it has a small window that goes out onto the stairwell so doesn’t get a lot of natural light but the living room gets the sun in the late afternoon/early evening. There is a shared kitchen/living room area, separate toilet and shower.

Monthly rent & council tax comes to around £480. Electricity is a pay as you go meter; around £60 in summer and can go up to around £120pm in winter (split equally).
