My flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to replace him.
Room will be available on the 1st of October
Its a 2 bedroom flat with have a shared bathroom, nice sized living room/kitchen, parking space, high speed broadband and a private front/back garden.

No smokers

Flat is located in Stenhouse area and is about 20 minutes from the city centre with lots of good bus routes as well as shops nearby

I also have a very friendly cat so you must be ok with that
Rent is £575 per month
Council tax band- B
Total bills usually come to around £120 (summer)-£150 (winter) each (obviously depending on how cold it is etc.)
