Hi all,
My flatmate is moving out and were looking for someone to replace her.
Room will be available on the 25th of January
Its a 2 bedroom flat and you would be living with myself and my girlfriend.
We have a shared bathroom, nice sized living room/kitchen, parking space, high speed broadband and a private front/back garden.
Flat is located in Stenhouse area and is about 20 minutes from the city centre with lots of good bus routes as well as shops nearby
We also have a very friendly cat so you must be ok living with animals.
Rent is £550 per month
Bills usually come to around £80-£100 each (obviously depending on how cold it is etc.)
