Beautiful double room in a main door flat

The apartment is located at the top of Leith Walk so close to everything., including many bus routes and the tram line. It is a main door apartment so has direct street entry, a small front patio and access to a rear garden The room is large, nicely furnished and has lovely light. The apartment (and the room) has everything, so there is no need for you to bring anything other than yourself and your clothes.

Me? I am an outgoing, youthful and well travelled Australian professional working in an interesting role in the screen industry that requires me to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally. When I am home, I mainly work from my office in the city but occasionally, I work from the office in the apartment. I would prefer someone who, like me, doesn't work from home on a full-time basis.

You? I am looking for a friendly, responsible and tidy flat mate that has their own life but happy to catch up when our schedules allow. I am also looking for something who loves cats as I come with two beautiful boys who are friendly and enjoy hanging out. (In other words, they don't just sit in the corner but like to engage.)

The rent share is $800 per calendar month, plus 1/2 of the council tax and utilities. Approx 150 each per month. The owner of the apartment will need to do the regular credit and reference checks.
