Double Bedroom with Ensuite - Short Term

Short-term let available for a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a modern 2-bedroom flat for the months of June, July and August.

I’m flexible on exact move-in/move-out dates (either slightly before or after), but priority will go to someone able to stay longer.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Brooke, a British female professional in her early 30s.

The flat is fully furnished and includes:

- Private ensuite bathroom (see photo)
- Spacious living room
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Fast broadband
- Private car park

If needed, I can also provide a desk and office chair in the bedroom.

The location is very convenient:

- Small Tesco within a 5-minute walk
- Large Asda and Aldi both within 10 minutes on foot
- Saughton Park less than 5 minutes away
- PureGym next to the building, plus another gym across the road

Great transport connections:

- Around 15 minutes to the city centre by bus
- Bus stop directly outside the flat with routes 25, 35, 3, 33, 30, X27, and X28
- Routes 22, 2, and 1 also available within a 5-minute walk
- Approximately 20 minutes drive to the airport

Rent is £200 per week, including all bills except electricity.

Couples are welcome too — rent would be slightly higher in that case.
