Double Bedroom with Ensuite - Short Term

I’m going abroad for a few months and am subletting my large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The room is available from 23 December till end of April (dates are flexible for move-in and move-out).

This is my flat and where I normally live, so I just ask that you’re clean and respectful toward Brooke, the other current flatmate.

A small Tesco is only a 5-minute walk away, while both a large Asda and Aldi are within 10 minutes on foot. Saughton Park is less than 5 minutes away. There’s a PureGym next to the building and another gym just across the road.

A bus stop is right in front of the flat with routes 25, 35, 3, 33, 30, X27, and X28, and routes 22, 2, and 1 are also accessible within a 5-minute walk. Free private parking is available.

Rent: £175 per week, including all bills except electricity.
If needed, I can move a desk and office chair into the room.

I’m open to couples — in that case, rent would be £250 per week.
