In front of the house, there is a bus stop for routes 25, 35, 3, 33, 30, X27, and X28. Just a 5-minute walk away are routes 22, 2, and 1.

The cost is £700.00, which includes fast broadband (150 Mbps) and council tax. Electricity is to be split between the two flatmates, typically ranging from £30-£40 in summer to up to £80 in winter.

The room is available from the 1st of February and want to start with the viewings from the 20th of January.
