Available to rent is a double bedroom with en-suite in my house situated in Edinburgh northside off Pennywell Road. (A 15 minute bus journey will take you into the centre of town). The house is well maintained, kept clean and furnished. I'm a 28 year old Male Aerospace Engineer and I live with a 25 year old Professional Male housemate.

All bills are included in the monthly rent. The available room is in excellent condition and has a large wardrobe as well as under bed storage. There is now garden furniture on the decking which is a great place to relax in the sun.
