Double room - Near Pleasance

Australian guy looking for someone to rent the second room in my apartment as my current housemate is moving.

Large 2 story Maisonette, huge kitchen, separate laundry, large living room. Plenty of space for a bed, desk, shelves and whatever else you'd want.

Great views of the Salisbury Crags.

Flat is unfurnished, but I already have things here, a couch would be welcomed though. The room itself will be empty.

Looking for someone tidy and quiet. Preferably someone willing to stay for a longish term.

I am a fairly quiet guy, but happy for a chat or a meal here or there.

Students welcome, but only if you're willing to pay full council tax.

Power/Internet/Gas split 50/50. Council tax Band B
