Room For Rent Tollcross EH3

My name is Delphi, I’m a professional currently working in Edinburgh looking for a new flatmate to move in after the 18th of January :)

The flat is located opposite the kings theatre in Tollcross- it’s in a great central location (EH3)! It is 3 mins away from the meadows, and also coincidentally 3 mins away from the head of the canal ( great if you enjoy walking or cycling). The cameo picture house is down the road if you are a cinephile and there are many shops, pubs and resturants around the corner. It’s only a 15-20 minute walk to princes street, old town and haymarket.

It’s a spacious 2 bedroom, one bathroom flat. It has a great communal living room area with a very spacious hallway, box room (which has a futon style pull out bed, if you would like friends to be able to stay over I am of course open to that as I use it that way too :p) and storage room. Our kitchen was renovated two- three years ago so it’s also newly equipped with a spanish-esque design. The perk of our bathroom is that it has its very own heating which we can use separate to our central heating and it’s a bath/shower set up.
The bedroom you would take over is spacious and furnished. BONUS- the flat has access to a rooftop terrace that is accessible through the tenement building.

About me:
I enjoy socialising with friends and going to the pub for a few pints, this is great because Bennett’s is a stones throw from the flat!. Sometimes I like to have DnD sessions in the living room or board games nights so definitely a plus if you like table top games! I like exploring the music scene in Edinburgh and am always down to check out a gig or go to a life music event (Home bar sometimes have cool jam sessions on Thursdays)
That being said I do like having quieter cozy nights in the flat too and love reading and watching all kinds of moves :) I also enjoy cooking and eating lots of different types of international cuisines. If you enjoy exploring the city I would love to compare hidden gems…I definitely have a few up my sleeve!
