Fully furnished Double Room for Rent

Hi,
We have a double bedroom for rent in Oxgangs/Firhill area in Edinburgh.
The room is fully furnished. It has a wardrobe, chest of drawer, built in wardrobe. Double bed with memory foam mattress. A bedside table and a desk and chair.
Kitchen and the bathroom are shared.
Very good bus services are near the flat. Bus stop for 16 and 5 its just a short walk from the flat. Others as 4,27,400 aprox two-three minutes far.
Many shops are nearby, such as Scotmid, Aldi within short walking distance. Morrisons and Tesco aprox 10 minutes walk or two three stops with buses.

We are professional and student couple. We're looking for a quite and tidy person, who can keep nice and tidy the flat, as we do it as well.
No couples and pets!
Smoking is allowed outside of the flat.

The price is 600 pounds/month inc all the bills. Plus 500 pound deposit required which is refundable.
