I'm looking to rent out my double room from October 2025. I am away from November to January , so whilst I am away the flat will be yours . The price of the rent will need to go up whilst I am away to cover my mortgage and billls - so we can be discuss this further when we meet .

It's a lovely two bedroom first floor flat , nice and warm , in a quiet block of four flats flats. Both rooms are double rooms and there is a sofa bed in the lounge for guests, I have lovely neighbours and a big private garden with a shed for bikes.

The flat is close to town , especially if you cycle and close to Arthur's seat and Portobello , great for local runs !

I am a 34y old female professional , I work long days 3 days a week.

I'm often away at weekends , have friends round for dinner occasionally. Love to be outside , running , cycling and camping. If you have any garden wisdom that would be incredible as it is currently a bit of a wilderness!.
