Cosy double room in flat in quiet cul de sac

I'm looking to rent out my double room from 17th November 2025. I am away from November to January travelling , so whilst I am away you will be sharing the flat with my current housemate , who is a lovely 28y old professional female who is super chilled and loves climbing ! She is planning to leave at some point in January so the flat will be yours for a short period until I am back on the 25th Jan.

It's a lovely two bedroom first floor flat , nice and warm , in a quiet block of four flats flats. Both rooms are double rooms and there is a sofa bed in the lounge for guests, I have lovely neighbours and a big private garden with a shed for bikes.

The flat is close to town , especially if you cycle and close to Arthur's seat and Portobello , great for local runs !

I am a 34y old female professional , I work long days 3 days a week.

I'm often away at weekends , have friends round for dinner occasionally. Love to be outside , running , cycling and camping. If you have any garden wisdom that would be incredible as it is currently a bit of a wilderness!.

I can share photos of my room in the next few days once I have shifted some things , there will be a cupboard with some of my things but a large cupboard willl be free for you!
