Spacious room to rent, only 10 minutes from Waverley and 5 minutes from Calton Hill. Beautiful Victorian house with tall ceilings and big windows facing Calton Hill. The bills are included in the price and the heating is also included. We are a flat of professionals with completely different schedules so we don’t see each other much but respect each other privacy. Looking forward to greeting a new roommate to join our flat. P. S: you can see Northern Lights from this room, as Calton Hill is one of the best spots for Aurora gazing!
