You will be sharing with Mhairi an LGBT+-friendly working professional. The household suits someone who values a clean, respectful living environment and takes responsibility for their own space and shared areas. Outside of work, I’m creative and enjoy music, gaming, art, and keeping active through different activities. The flat suits someone who has similar or their own interests, but who also values a considerate and friendly household dynamic.

I would ideally be looking for a mature, working professional aged 25+ who has their own interests and routines, but who also enjoys a friendly, considerate dynamic at home & if it is right, a friendship. This isn’t a party flat but rather a place where people are comfortable, communicate well, and enjoy making the space feel lived-in and welcoming.
Cleanliness, reliability, and openness are important, and I am looking for someone who wants to stay long-term and contribute to a warm, homely atmosphere. Creatives are very welcome, and applicants from the LGBT+ community are especially encouraged to message.
Mhairi also works from home but shared spaces are for everyone here and I wouldn’t use those spaces as a working environment

Rent is £625 per month 1 month deposit is required when you move in.
Gas and electric is roughly £50 a month in the warmer months.
