Cozy bright room

Reposting as previous arrangement fell through! I am looking for someone to take over as my flatmate moved away. The flat is very well located, close to shops, university and cafe places. Bills are not included, council tax is 86£ per month and bills tend to be 50£ - £80 depending on the season. Wifi 13£.

I am looking for someone who is chill, enjoys a calm space and being on their own but also would like to spend some time together -a dinner, walk, film- and create a homey feeling :)

I think communication is key. In my experience, having good communication tends to make things much easier when flatsharing - and it's important to take in consideration everyone's needs. I'd prefer a professional who does not work from home or doesn't WFH all the time, who is LGBT+ or queer friendly.

About me, I work for a non-profit, sometimes from home. Did a psychology master, worked in healthcare before and interested in public health. I studied cinema in a previous life and I am into visual arts, writing, reading, activism - housing, community and environment.

I love sports and being active - the Pleasance gym is just 5 minutes away if you work out. I do strength training and I love the outdoors (hiking, camping). I am literally crazy about surfing.
