Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my student flat lease from 31.05.2025 at Norton Student Living, CRM, Abbeymount. It is a single studio apartment with a private kitchen and bathroom. The room contains a 3/4 bed, fitted wardrobe, dining area and large study area. In the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a two-ring hob, and a combination microwave/oven/grill, along with basic kitchen essentials. Costs of £290 per week including all bills (Wi-Fi, water, electricity,…). The accommodation offers great facilities, including a gym, study room, laundry facilities, movie room, and a common area with games and social activities. Also notable, that the building is a new built and very secure.
Abbeyhill is perfectly located, making it close to the University of Edinburgh and also Princess Street, as well a bus away to Leith. Abbeyhill is a very quiet area with a lot of cute cafes and artisanal shops. The Meadowbank retail park is a 5 minute walk away, and has a large Sainsburry’s, Lidl, Poundland, B&M, KFC, Costa and so on. There are multiple bus stops just outside the building, with a lot of connections, making the travel to uni very quick.
It's also perfect for students looking to connect with others while still having some privacy.
