Bright, quiet double room for rent from 25th May. The room is in my sunny two bed tenement flat located on the edge of Holyrood park in Meadowbank.

The flat has fantastic views over the park to Arthur’s seat from the living room and the bedroom as well as from the south facing private garden, which gets nice and warm all day when the sun decides to come out (photos were taken in the evening).

The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, chair and set of drawers for storage and a double bed.

Princes Street and Waverley Station are a 30 minute walk away and it’s only 20 minutes to the end of the Royal Mile. There are fast and frequent bus services to the city centre from London Road, less than a 5 minute walk away. Two large supermarkets are a 10 minute walk and Meadowbank sports centre is over the road so very convenient for the gym.

Myself – I'm a 36 year old female and I own the flat. I work full time as an architect in Leith and will be staying in the flat most of the time, although I have a pretty busy life so am usually out quite a lot. When I'm around I'm happy to socialise and share meals etc.
