Happy to take students as long as they’re open to contributing to council tax and may require a guarantor.
We will have a room available to rent from the start of next month. The property is located at Springwell Place ( ~5 mins) from Haymarket Station, and there is easy public transport outside the flat.
The room is decently sized and is only 520 a month in rent. There is a desk and office chair included but if you have your own more than welcome to add that instead.
Bills excluding rent are about ~140 ish, so about 660 a month (including rent)
You’ll be sharing the flat with me (M23); I’m a cybersecurity analyst, so I’ll work throughout the day at home or at the office, The other roommate (M26) is a property estate management, so will be out during the day too.
We’re both relaxed and chill like to hangout, go for food or chat or few pints. Looking for someone similar who’s sound.
