Double room on Leith Walk - short term let

Double room on Leith Walk available for 2 months from the end of March. You'll be living in a large, furnished 2nd floor flat with living room, TV, dishwasher, and laundry machine. The room is the larger one with a built-in wardrobe. Located directly outside tram and bus stop but also only 15 minute walk to St. James centre and 20 minutes to Princes st. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes just outside, but very quiet inside (rear-facing bedroom).

Sharing with one other female young professional, so ideal for another young working professional. Must be tidy and respectful. Socializing within reasonable hours is welcome. Council tax (band C), bills and wifi included in the price.
