Lounge area has new deluxe pull out sofa, smart tv, new smart radiators and various storage spaces/cupboards. Please note the sofa has been replaced for a nicer, more comfy one since these pics have been taken (from Sofology).
The property is located in Edinburgh City Centre (EH1, on the top of Leith Walk and next to St James Quarter). Princes Street is around a 5-10 minute walk.
