Hi there! My flatmate is moving out and we are looking for a lovely new person to replace her by 24th March. We hope to have a new tenant application sorted by 17th March at the latest to avoid delays in the move-in date 😊
The room is a double bedroom in our top floor flat. We have a shared bathroom with bath and shower, with a separate toilet room. Please be aware that it’s a lot of stairs to get to our floor, but it’s worth it for our lovely green back garden views and the quiet one way street we live on ☺️ there’s a Tesco express just a 2 minute walk away, and Haymarket train station is around 8 minutes walking distance 🚂
About me:
I’m Shona, just turned 27, originally from down south and studied in London, and lived up here for nearly 4 years ⛰️
I used to live in Australia and loveeee to travel when I can 🗺️
I work in the mental health field - at the moment I’m in the flat most days but this may be changing soon! 🧠
I love a friendly, sociable, clean flat where we can both enjoy time together and our own space! I really value keeping shared areas clean and tidy and love to treat this place like a proper wee home ✨

Friendly and happy to do some social activities (I just got a new TV in the living room and it needs some more use!! 🤩)
