I have a double room in a two bedroom flat for rent in the Oxgangs/Firhilll area, I recently rented the flat and live on my own currently, so I’m looking to rent out the spare room to someone else. Ideally I’m looking for someone who is tidy, pays attention to personal hygiene and sociable, both students and professionals are welcome. The flat area has good connection to several bus services including bus 16, 5, 4, 27, 400, 10, 45, 36, N16, and N400. I would love to meet with interested parties and personally give you a tour of the house while getting to know you, and who knows, if you’re lucky you might arrive just in time for lunch.
