e) Full permanent family home addresses- a bill showing this address in your name.
f) Copies of your PHOTO ID - passport or driving license
g) If you a student copies of university acceptance letter/ confirmation of year entry with start and finish dates
h) National Insurance Numbers 
i) Copies of last 3 months bank statements – just the front page is fine and can be screen shot from phone 
j) Proof of current address - any bill or bank statement or if in halls the halls contract
