Double bedroom in Meadobank, Edinburgh

We have a double bedroom available from the start of December in our lovely flat in Meadowbank. The location is about a 5 minutes bus journey or a 25 minutes walk to Princes Street, in a very well-serviced area of the town, close to shops, sports center, bus stops etc.
The flat is fully furnished, with super fast Wi-Fi and and has access to a nice shared back garden that we love using in the summer.
You will be sharing with Kevin, a 40 year old professional, who loves hiking, camping and rock climbing, and Vladi, our very friendly and very well-mannered rescue cat - so being a cat lover is a must :)
Energy bills are not included in the rent but they sum up to about 50£ max per person per month in total.
We are looking for a respectful and reliable person. Occasional sharing a meal or a drink together would be lovely too :)
Please note that the room is only available until mid June (although are happy to be as flexible as reasonably possible!).
