Room type: Classic Studio – private bathroom and kitchen, spacious with good natural light (I had to choose 2 bed in room description as there is no option for 1 bed, but this is actually a studio, no need to share kitchen or bathroom).

Availability: May 26th – 30th June (dates negotiable)
Rent: £219/ week (bills included, everything included like electricity, wifi, water etc., lower than the official price – negotiable)

Eligibility: Must be a student
No council tax
