Furnished Room to let in Vita student(replacement)

I am living in Vita Student Iona street and have paid till 23rd May 2025 and my license agreement is valid till 12th July 2025 & can be extended for another 7 weeks. The room is at first floor.

I am planning to shift to a bigger place from 24th May or thereabouts as my wife and kid are coming to Edinburgh in the summer. I am obligated to either pay for the next 7 weeks or find a replacement tenant. I am willing to pay 25% of the next 7 week rent to you i. e. (GBP 655/- in cash) if you are willing to take my place as the replacement tenant once you book my room.

The room is fully furnished with 50 inch smart Samsung TV, ensuite bathroom and independent Kitchen with all amenities. Wi-fi, buffet breakfast and all utilities are included in the rent.. You can visit the Vita student website to check the other details.
