Double Room for Rent in Lovely Abbeyhill Area

I am moving out of my current flat and I am finding a new tenant to take over my lease with my lovely friend Olivia! The room is bright and clean with a double bed and furnished with a bed, shelves, and chest of drawers. There is a shared bathroom with a shower/bath, a living room with a sofa and dining table, and a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, and washer/dryer. The flat has lots of storage with two closets and a box room. The windows are double glazed, so it does a nice job of keeping heat in. We are in a nice area and our building is very quiet, so no rambunctious tenants please! My flatmate is very friendly and tidy.
