One Bedroom for Rent in Two Bed Flat (Bills Inc.)

One room to rent to an individual in our beautiful 2nd floor flat in the Edinburgh Old Town. All bills are included in monthly rent.

The bedroom is a lovely size, comes with a double bed, side table, wardrobe and bookshelf. The shared kitchen is well equipped including washer/dryer & dishwasher and there is also a cosy furnished living room and study / storage room.

The flat overlooks the historic Greyfriars Kirkyard which is easily accessible from the flat and is a nice view of the greenspace from the kitchen.

We are an international couple from New Zealand and Canada. We spend our weekends hiking and camping when the weather agrees. Or spend our weekends with friends playing boardgames, having movie nights or exploring Edinburgh.

We are both young professionals, working half our week in the office and half our week at home. We are a social flat who enjoy having friends around for board game and social nights.

We are looking for a flatmate who shares our love of the outdoors, enjoys living in a social flat, is clean and considerate.

The rent is £810 including all bills for an individual (bills include Council tax, broadband, gas/electricity).

The move in date is 6 August.

The flat is available to professionals ideally, and references are required by the landlord. Proof of income or a rent guarantor is required also.
