I am looking for a clean and tidy person to rent a gorgeous double bedroom in a newly renovated flat. EH14 3EX

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, with great residential links to City Centre by bus from doorstep (24x7 | Buses 3, 30, N30), 5 mins walk to Wester Hailes Train Station. Also, ideal if you drive - free public parking and 2 mins to Edinburgh City Bypass...and If you like to cycle it takes only 15 min to Herriot-Watt University and 10 mins to Napier Uni.

There is local shopping center at Wester Hailes where Lidl, cinema, gym and Hermiston Gait is not too far either.

About the bedroom : it has big wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinet, a double bed with an excellent brand new ortho mattress and underneath storage, desk and chair. The photos reflect what the bedroom looks like. Bedroom and the kitchen have stunning views overlooking city and Pentlands.

You will share the house with a live-in landlady (Professional working from home / office hours).

The flat has fully equipped kitchenette with Gas hob, Electric Oven, Toaster, Microwave, Washing Machine, Large Split Fridge/Freezer, Blender etc. Free to use anything in the kitchen as long as you clean if after yourself.

You will have your designated drawer and allocated personal kitchen cupboard space where you can keep your cooking ingredient to yourself.

Flat rules to consider:
- No couples
- No smoking in the flat
- Cleaning after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom.
- No visitor or guest allowed
- The quiet hours from 22.00 ⁃ 06.00
- Take a good care of the room such as Keep the room clean and open the windows regularly to keep it fresh.
