Single bedroom in shared flat

Hi,
I have a lovely single room available from 28th of April in a shared flat. The room would suit someone who has maybe accumulated a lot of furniture that they would like to use as the room is unfurnished! Or ideally we have a big Salvation Army across the road with lots of great furniture and decor.

The rest of the flat is furnished! It is quite bright and cosy. With a shared kitchen, bathroom and spacious sitting room.

Flatmate:
Preferably I would like to live with another professional but students are welcome! Someone who is sociable and likes to chat over wine etc but we can also respect each other’s space. As an illustration graduate it would be lovely to live with another creative person✨

Location:
A large Morrisons 2-min, Portobello town/beach 15-min walk (lovely for a summer’s day) Large Salvation Army across the road, perfect for getting furniture etc. Bus stop is located just across from the flat with all buses just a 10-min trip into the city centre (5,4,26,15,45)

council tax: £44 each (estimate)
gas: £25 each (estimate)
wifi: £13 each (estimate)

About me:
I'm currently working full time as a barista! I also enjoy working on my illustrations/painting when I have free time. I love a cosy pub, charity shopping, movie nights, and going on walks.
