My flat is a lovely bright and spacious first floor flat, with a private garden to the back, plus communal drying space and free on street parking. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with the usual amenities: washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster. Cosy Living room with comfy sofa, dining table, TV – with Netflix and Prime.
Stenhouse is a residential area located to the west of the city centre but easily accessible by bus - 20 minutes, tram - 15 mins, or cycle. Situated 2 min walk from Lothian bus stop for routes: 3, 25, 30, 33, 35, or a 2 min walk also from Lothian bus stop for routes: 1,2,22.
My flat is close to Saughton park and the Water of Leith for nice walks. There is a Pure gym round the corner and Lift gym nearby, BP garage at the end of the street. Murrayfield stadium 10 min walk away. Plenty local amenities with Tesco express 5 min walk away, Edinburgh West retail park 10 min walk / 5 min drive – Aldi, M&S foodhall, Home bargains, Costa, Greggs, Iceland. Asda Chesser, Corn exchange and O2 academy and Nuffield gym opposite this.
Location is ideally suited for a professional or those commuting to the airport regularly. Also handy for Napier or Heriot Watt University mature students.
You’ll be sharing the flat with myself a 39 year old professional, mostly 9-5 but occasional evening and weekend shifts. I’m flexible and easy going. I love to travel, enjoy new experiences and I like being in the outdoors – running, cycling, hill walking, paddleboarding, yoga. I also enjoy coffee, eating out, catching up with friends over drinks and learning languages.
I’m looking for a friendly flatmate who is relaxed, respectful and willing to keep communal areas clean and tidy. I tend to be fairly busy in the evenings and weekends but would enjoy occasionally socialising with a potential flatmate. Happy to spend some time together but respectful of each other’s privacy and individual hobbies and lifestyles.
All bills included in rent – Wi-Fi, gas, electricity and council tax.
The flat is non-smoking and not available to couples, no stay overs, no parties. No pets allowed, sorry.
