Hi there!
My flatmate and I are looking for someone to join us in our 3-bed flat on MacDowall Road in the Newington/Blackford area. The rent is £550pcm plus bills and the move-in date is slightly flexible but would preferably be around early to mid September. I am 24 years old and my flatmate Stewart is 23 so we would ideally be looking for someone who is between or around those ages. We are also both professionals so would be looking for someone similar to help with council tax (band E).
The flat consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen/living area, bathroom, storage cupboard and access to a shared garden.
The city centre is easily reachable with regular buses from the main road. Nearby, there is a small shop just on the corner and Cameron Toll shopping centre is 10-15 minutes walk away. There's also plenty of green space nearby. It only takes 10 minutes to get to Blackford Hill, with The Meadows and Arthur's Seat also not far away.
We are mainly looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and up for the odd film night or pub quiz!
