Location wise; the heart of Newington is a stones throw away, and Arthur's seat is practically our back garden for any running and cycling enthusiasts. Beautiful views of both the pentlands and Arthur's seat from either side of the flat.

Princes Street is a 20 minute bus ride and the Royal Mile is a 20 minute walk. There's a bus stop with many links right outside the flat; permit parking also available.

Amenities include Cameron Toll shopping centre; a 10 minute walk away which includes supermarkets, retail stores, fast food, and a 24 hour gym as well. The commonwealth pool is 5 minutes walk.

Bills are around £100 each monthly for utilities, WiFi and council tax
