Fountainbridge student flat

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease May 1st as I’m looking to go home for the summer. It’s a lovely UoE student flat in an amazing location, right next to Grassmarket and only a 5 minute walk away from the castle. Tesco and Sainsbury’s are both a 5 minute walk away, college of art is 5 minutes walk and the main campus is only a 15 minute walk. Utilities are included, as well as weekly cleaning by staff once a week in common areas. Flatmates are all postgraduate females, really sweet and friendly girls. Two bathrooms with one shower, and a sink in your bedroom so you don’t have to wait for a bathroom to open up to get ready in the morning :)
There’s also a common area for residents with a pool table, piano, tv, and some study areas and board games. Frequent social events held by the RAs as well to meet new people!

Rent is 703/ month, but as my payment plan is spread out over 10 months instead of 12 you’ll be paying 878.61 and then you don’t pay August. Please message me if interested!
