Quiet, warm flatshare

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me from the 1st of April 2025

I’m a 30 yr old female who works your typical office-hours 5-day week and likes a nice peaceful haven of a home to come back to. I’m looking for a lovely new flatmate who likes to keep things tidy and warm and doesn’t mind me taking over the living room floor for yoga sometimes.

The flat is furnished, south-east facing and has a balcony that catches the afternoon and evening sun. All the rooms have far-reaching views, we get very good sunsets.

There is one shared bathroom with an over-bath shower, a shared living-dining room and a small shared kitchen.

Good bus connections and 4 large supermarkets within walking distance

Utilities, council tax and internet are included in the £415pcm rent
