You would share the flat with me. I am looking for someone who is friendly, clean and reliable. I want to share the flat with a professional (no zero hours contracts, no students - unfortunately) as requested by my letting agency.

The apartment is located in a nice modern building, with a parking space for your car.

Cosy, modern double room in a two-bedroom apartment. It includes a very spacious living room with very comfortable sofas. Features double glazed windows.

Located right next to the Ocean Terminal tram stop, and within walking distance of Leith and The Shore's Tesco, Lidl, and Aldi.
