Flatmate wanted

I am currently sole renting a property in Sighthill, Edinburgh. The property is directly across from Napier University campus. Due to the fact my child stays with me at weekends, I have taken her opinion on requirements and she would prefer a female flatmate only.

I am looking for a flatmate to join me. The room is a double and the flat, although unfurnished per the lease, already has my furniture in it (not the room itself, although I have enough to furnish if required) There is Sky TV + streaming apps (These would remain my responsibility) as well as Sky broadband (to be shared) Council tax is band C.

I would prefer a non-student due to council tax however I would consider as the property is convenient for Napier and Edinburgh college campuses.

About me: I am a professional, working hybrid (2/3 days in office/at home) and tend to have a relatively quiet and stress free life. I am looking for someone who is equally happy with a quiet home life, but of course there is ample space to entertain should this be your thing. I value good communication, equal share of cleaning/upkeep of communal areas and socialising.
