The flat itself is quite spacious, consisting of a large living room, bathroom and modern kitchen. There are large windows so the flat is lovely and bright! 🌞 The room comes furnished with: double bed, bed side table and wardrobe.
The flat is on Easter Road which is a great location. It is about a 20 minute walk from Edinburgh Waverly and 5 mins from Leith Walk where there are lots of lovely cafes, restaurants etc.
The tram line and many bus stops are nearby so it is very well connected and there is a big Tesco and Lidl just along the road.
Current flat mate: 30 year old professional who has lived in the property for 3 years now. Enjoys going to the gym, for walks, dinner and wine nights and is looking for someone who is quite chilled too.
Council tax band C.
Rent is £750 per calendar month. This does not include bills.
