You would be living with me and my friend who are both going into our 4th and 3rd year of study!
We are looking for a student (not able to accept non-students) In a similar year of study/age group to us! We are 20-21.
Move in date is June 1st. Rent is £591.33 and bills are currently around £40 and WiFi (subject to change) £11.
It is a twelve month tenancy which we are wanting to renew next year.

We are a quiet and friendly pair and as we are going into our final years of study looking for a fellow student who is respectful of the space, noise and cleanliness.
