Double Room in Lovely Edinburgh Flat (Jan–April)

I’m looking for a friendly, responsible person to rent the main bedroom in my bright, spacious Edinburgh flat while I’m in Australia from late January until around 24 April.

The flat is in a fantastic location — a quiet, leafy spot with a bus stop right outside (only 10 minutes to Waverley Station) and just a 5-minute walk to Holyrood Park. There’s also a lovely shared garden perfect for morning coffees or a bit of fresh air.

About the flat:

Large, cosy living room (complete with a piano if you play!)

Separate kitchen with dining table

Relaxed, welcoming atmosphere

You’d be sharing with one other flatmate who works occasional night shifts, so someone considerate and tidy would be ideal.

Rent: £750 per month
Bills: £150 per month
