The reception is on the ground floor, so you don't have to worry about disturbing the people downstairs. Next to it is a staircase that is rarely used, so it will be very quiet. The entire dormitory has two main doors that require a card to enter, making it very safe.
Priority will be given to those who can cover the entire rental period and rent two rooms.
