room available in in flat share. Flat is located near Fountain Park and 30/40 minute walk to West end of Princes Street.
Handy location for Haymarket station and lots of bus roots around the city. Rent is £550 per month, council tax band D, Broadband is £14.56 and electricity can vary per month. The room is furnished with the bed but not the bookshelves. I'm 28 and work for a hospitality company while also studying, i work from home a bit but from my room. I'm neat and like to keep the place tidy, happy to be social and have a chat after work or watch tv but also mindful of peoples space so someone similar would be ideal. Looking for someone friendly who is planning to stay for a while and will respect the flat. Room is available from May 1st with latest move in the 10th.
