En-suite room near UoE Central campus & Meadows

TLDR:
- Looking for replacement tenants from mid-April 2025 to August 2026.
- An ensuite room in The Old Printworks (Unite Students). More information is available on their website.
- Full Time Student Only following student residence rules.

- £240 per week for April 25 - August 25 (I am happy to pay you a bit, as a discount from the official contract, if you move in early); £275 per week for September 25 - August 26 (official contract).

I have been living here for two years (in the same room!) with three different sets of roommates, but all the memories are amazing. Since there's a lot of information about this student accommodation online, here's just a very brief introduction. The four pictures you see are what I've taken in the spring, summer, autumn, and winter in my room on the second floor.

🏠 The Old Printworks, 20 Bernard Terrace, EH8, 2nd Floor (so, the third floor), 5-bedroom, ensuite with double bed.
👭 Flatmates are all UoE students, 3 girls and a boy, 3 MSc and an undergrad, all extremely friendly and nice and clean.
📅 My current contract ends in August, and my next contract with them ends by next August. Unfortunately, I cannot keep living here for personal reasons. Therefore, I would need to find a replacement tenant(s) to takeover my contract. We will follow the company's official procedures for the replacement to protect both of us :)
🍴 Communal kitchen with big windows and view of Arthur's Seat, very spacious. Oven and microwave included. As a self-proclaimed food blogger, I'm very satisfied with the appliances. There's regular cleaning services of the communal areas, too (details can be found on the official website).
🏃 The apartment has a common room for socialising, with a team frequently hosting events like pizza nights/Euro Cup watch-togethers; a study room; a furnished gym; a laundry room with washing machines and dryers; and of course, Wi-Fi. The front desk is available 24/7 and usually staffed.
🚌 The prime location is genuinely one of the best things of this place. 8-15 minutes' walk to the GS main campus, 25-35 minutes' walk to the KB main campus (depending on walking speed). The Meadows to the west and Arthur's Seat to the east. A Sainsbury's downstairs and pretty much anything within 5-8 minutes' walk. The university's Pleasance gym is a 5-minute walk away. Nearby bus stops take you anywhere.
