Ideally for someone who is respectable and mature (26+, professional or post graduate). Separate kitchen and living room. All bills are included.
Weekly and daily rates are different.
Transport
15 minutes walk to Haymarket or 6-7 minutes by direct bus/tram to Prince street. Tram/Airlink bus from Edinburgh airport to door steps in 15 minutes. Direct bus service to Heriot Watt/Napier/Edinburgh University in 15-30min (tram/bus 25/12/26/31/22/30/3/33/1/2).
