Spacious double room available in modern flat, near the Western General Hospital, and Ferry Rd. Dedicated parking space in basement garage along with unrestricted parking on ground level. Bedroom would come unfurnished, but remainder of flat has furnishings provided by current flatmate.

Room: spacious double with ceiling to floor window. Double wardrobe inbuilt, with a shelf at the top, and rails for hanging clothes. Pretty much sole use of the main bathroom (as flatmate has ensuite), bath with shower. Again, bedroom will come unfurnished, so photos are just to give a sense of scale, as it is a spacious room.

Flat: very large communal combined living/kitchen/dining area. Very sunny area with large ceiling to floor windows/sliding doors out onto enclosed balcony with included washing line for drying laundry. Kitchen has integrated fridge/freezer, along with dishwasher and joint washing machine/tumble dryer. Additional large communal cupboard in hall. Gas combi boiler for heating and hot water. 2nd floor flat, lift in building. Flat has dedicated parking space in the basement garage (not currently being used).

Current Flatmate: working professional, male, 30s. Very friendly, clean & tidy, ideal flatmate to have! (Y) Works from home a couple of days a week, but no noise can be overheard from other bedroom.

Location: Situated in modern development at Crewe Toll, with shared communal garden areas, a 5 minute walk from the Western General Hospital. Additionally, bus stop located about 200m from front door, with regular service from numbers 19, 22, 24, 29, 37, 38 and an extra 100m away for bus numbers 21 & 27.

Room is £547.50 per calendar month (and deposit would be the same but SpareRoom made me round up), bills including council tax comes to around £175-200 depending on utility usage. This is mostly due to council tax band F unfortunately.

Looking ideally to have someone in place by 01/05/25, pending reference checks by landlord, who ideally want details provided by the 15th of the previous month. Please note this flat is managed by Southside Property, and joint tenancy to be signed with current flatmate through them. I am vacating the room to move to a different area, so looking for someone to replace myself.
